Greetings Preservationists,

Thanks to everyone for your continued support and positive feedback. We are reaching many more people than ever before and are very happy to continue to serve the preservation community with PreservationDirectory.com (We have averaged over 3 million hits per month since re-launching the site!). Below are just some of the exciting new additions and features recently added to the site.

Preservation Organizations & Resources: Due to overwhelming demand, we are happy to have added a new comprehensive directory for Certified Local Government Commissions to the "Preservation Organizations & Resources" directory. Historic Photo Galleries: We just added a collection of photos of the German Village Historic District in Columbus, Ohio (German Village is the oldest historic district in the city of Columbus, Ohio, and the largest privately-funded district listed on the National Register of Historic Places). A special thanks to the German Village Society for submitting such wonderful photos of their historic district!  We will be adding many new historic towns and cities, as well as photos of historic structures, to the web site each month.

Next up will be photos of San Francisco, CA; Chicago, IL; Port Townsend, WA; and Victoria, BC (with many more planned throughout the year).

As always, we are happy to include your photos of historic districts, towns and cities, as well as historic structures and Americana (bridges, neon, murals, roadside attractions, etc) - please contact us at info@preservationdirectory.com

if you are interested in sending photos (we always include proper photo credit, descriptions you would like to provide and any links to your web site/email if desired).
