L. Mullen III

John L. Mullen III excels in Publishing Industry Production, Transportation,
and Warehousing. Formerly, John was a manager at the A.M. Best Company
in Oldwick, NJ. He leads The Meadows using his background in business
management and great interest in historic houses. In fact, the
Tulipwood acquisition and restoration
project convinced John to join the Meadows Foundation in 2001.
His tremendous tenacity and research abilities saved Tulipwood.
His negotiating skills resulted in Tulipwoods
recognition as a historic site, subsequent acquisition by Franklin
Township. He is the reason for the ultimate acceptance of Tulipwood
to the state and federal historic registers.
He has several interests including early 20th century inventions,
antique furniture and porcelains.
John joined
the Meadows and served on the board since 2001. Currently he is
the President of The Meadows, and properties committee chair.
He served as Vice President and on several Meadows committees.
Additionally he serves as a Hyacinth Foundation Officer and Director.
